One-to-one support is available for demonstrations, training, trouble-shooting, and customer support situations by phone and video platform.
1.
You will require:
1. The ability to access Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Please download and install on your computer at least 24hrs before our scheduled session.
2. 4G Internet access.
3. Admin rights to the computer you are calling from.
4. Audio/Mic ability and/or access to a phone.
5. Video cam is highly recommended for trouble shooting.
