THROMBOSIS, PLATELET ADHESION & AGGREGATION ASSAYS with whole blood at shear rates of 50 - 10,000 s with Exigo or Mirus Evo pumps.
CELL ROLLING & ADHESION SHEAR FLOW ASSAYS ON PROTEIN COATINGS: 5 - 1,000 s with 100µL syringe; steps of 5 s with Exigo or Mirus Evo pumps.
COMPATIBLE WITH WIDE VARIETY OF CELL SAMPLES: whole blood, platelets, primary cells (T-cells, neutrophils, eosinophils etc.) and rare cells.
LOW SAMPLE VOLUME - even at high flow / shear rates with whole blood or cell suspensions.
REAGENT SAVINGS with only 10µL ligand/protein coating per channel (e.g. VWF, collagen, VCAM, ICAM etc.) with standard pipette.
COMPATIBLE WITH STANDARD PIPETTES FOR EASY PROTEIN COATING
