CHEMOTAXIS, TRANSMIGRATION & INVASION ASSAYS UNDER FLOW: cells adhere from flow and transmigrate through embedded microporous membrane (2-10 μm pore sizes) into underlying microwell containing chemoattractant or "organ".
COMPATIBLE WITH WIDE VARIETY OF CELL TYPES
LOW SAMPLE VOLUME - even at high flow / shear rates for whole blood with ExiGo or Mirus pumps or cell suspensions with ExiGo, Mirus, UniGo, 4U and Kima pumps.
REAGENT SAVINGS with only 10µL ligand/protein coating per channel (e.g. VWF, collagen, VCAM, ICAM etc.) with standard pipette.

Subsequently flow drugs or cells through the overlaying microchannel enabling drug-concentration studies or transmigration and invasion studies into your organ of choice.
